El área de Diseño y Construcción de la consultora JLL, Tétris, está llevando a cabo la reforma completa del edificio de oficinas Vizcaya 12 (V12), propiedad de Coros. Se trata de un edificio de 3.500 metros cuadrados, situado en el madrileño barrio de Atocha. Tras la reforma, pasará a ser un edificio de primera clase con un diseño a cargo del estudio Alonso i Balaguer Arquitectos Asociados.

The property has about 4,000 square metres of lettable office space, which is currently leased to the Spanish start-up Spotahome. We will be including the property in its own portfolio, with plans for extensive renovations to result in a sustainable building in line with the LEED Gold standard. The acquisition is the first investment in the company’s new international strategy of investing in attractive office locations in other countries in Europe in the future, beyond the German market.
